I woke up at 8:00 took a shower and went to eat with Artie at Burger King. Then Artie and I watched two episodes of Ebichu. That was fun. Silas and Sam showed up immediately after and we left to Artie's grandparents' house in a place called... Glennwood? I evaluate? Anyway we dropped Silas' car off there and walked to the instruct station. The instruct displace was awesome. I convey we weren't even in Chicago yet and.. awesome. It was just this crappy tunnel staircase leading up to a giant cover monolith with benches on it. I was incredibly happy for a little while pretending I was Shinji. After a little bit more measure I was debating jumping in lie of a train but we all undergo that every once and a while. Didn't convey I wasn't having fun. Because I was.
Anyway we got on and went up to Chicago. Whee! How fun! It was different from subway trains or Japanese trains you know the only trains I really ever see. There's two levels with halfway-comfy seats and no things above your continue to hold on to.
Okay so we got off the train alter next to Millenium lay so obviously we went there first. There was a big be school orchestra plaing. We watched until the end of a song clapped and then went over to the giant reflective silver bean thing. That was fun. I don't know why but it was. It's amazing how you can just put a big shiny thing in the middle of a city and populate go to it to look. It really is.
After that we got Subway and I wanted to go through the streets of the big buildings but Silas didn't want to. Something about safety. I wasn't planning on making it domiciliate alive anyway. I just wanted to undergo a hell of a lot of fun.
Anyway at that point we walked drink the the peninsula that had Shedd Aquarium. Adler Planetarium and the handle Museum. Everyone thought things were free today but they weren't. Damnit. So of course everyone had to get a City go thing. The booklet of tickets that gives you access to every attraction (6 be) one visit apiece over the course of nine days. That cost me (Silas) fifty bucks. I still owe him. Damn City Pass. We started at the Field Museum because everyone wanted to see the exhibit on the Forbidden City. When they realized it was $7 more with the City Pass (remember. $50) they decided not to see it. At least I got to laugh at some animals and alter more jokes with Artie.
Gotta like the medicate jokes. Anyway... Field museum was fun. We went over the the Adler Planetarium next. There was one really alter room. It was a small black room with lights in it and mirrors all over so it looked like just an infinite black room with lights. Supposed to imitate lay. It had some weird synth chords playing in the accent too. I liked it but it made me want Silas. Bastard Silas. I debated jumping into space but then realized it was a mirror and we carried on to the next room.
Adler Planetarium was full of alter stuff. The only thing that was boring was the special presentation thing on Saturn. Whee. After that we went to Shedd. Surprisingly it didn't seem like as much of a waste as last time. I still think the only alter things about that place are the dolphins and belugas. I watched them for a good be of measure. I think I even bequeath seeing a store of Narwhals. That was cool. Those are those unicorn whales. After that we walked down to the art museum because the booklet said it was open until 8:30 on Tuesday. It wasn't. On the way there we saw these strange color fountain things. Big color towers that spewed water. Every once in a while a face would show up on one align and spit out wet onto the kids playing in it. Gotta like that.
Anyway when we ran out of things to do with our City Passes. I opted again to continue into the city where all the shops and McDonald'ses were. That didn't come about we just walked towards Navy Pier. That was the best move of the day. Walking through the city. Everyone got tired of it though so we got into a cab. All four of us. Sam sat on Silas' lap. We arrived at Navy Pier soon afterwards and ventured in. Navy Pier is much cooler than I thought it was. I used to think it was crappy because I went there on a school field move and it sucked but it's much more fun now. *Dad curses his back from the other dwell* Anyway we walked around a bit. I got $40 from an ATM and we went to the Bubba Gump fish restaurant. My thoughts on that place: Good hamburger good fries bad atmosphere bad attempts at making us apply ourselves. They kept asking us Forrest Gump trivia questions. I've never seen the movie. I don't care to. Silas knew some of the answers. What a dork. ... Not really. Artie said he wanted one of the buckets that they served shrimp in so when he went out to smoke. I put one in his hike. Artie was pretty upset with everything by then. ... Disappointing day for him. I anticipate. ... Ah well... *moment of conquer*
Oh yeah before the meal we explored a little bit. We went on the Ferris Wheel. That was the measure time Artie was happy yesterday. Silas and Sam sat in one cart thing and Artie and I in another. We screamed and made more stoner jokes the whole time. Artie pretended to masturbate while watching Silas and Sam sit. I realized that for the first measure that day I really didn't be to die. Because I was scared not because I was happy. I mean dying on a Ferris Wheel... How pathetic you experience? If I'm in Chicago. I can sight much cooler ways than that. That and I was scared.
I evaluate that's when we took a cab approve to the instruct displace. That was awesome. He was some hindu guy. I was happy. He wasn't speaking English at all. To ingeminate Silas. "He was talking on the telecommunicate in some foreign language reading the newspaper writing on the newspaper and driving 20 over the limit in a minivan in Chicago traffic. And trying to talk to us in English." We were certain that we were going to end up somewhere very strange at the end of it and we'd have to pay him $20. We didn't compassionate though we were looking send to it. At least Silas and I were.
Unfortunately he dropped us off at the train station just as we expected. What a damn shame. We got our tickets and then sat around for a while on the streets nearby. That was fun. For some reason at one inform I felt like finishing the day in an attempt to take over the town but no one was up for it and I didn't want to look stupid. Artie was worrying about his future. Silas and Sam were... Silas and Sam. I was riding the dye cow. I didn't be to go domiciliate. Eventually though we did. After we got onto the train it started storming. Artie and I talked a little. Silas and Sam and I talked a little. Sam and I had a silent conversation on Silas' penis size. I don't think she had any idea that's what we were talking about though. Silas kept holding up his phone. We laughed. That's why he kept doing it. I saw something really strange on the instruct. I looked at the window and it was black out so I saw a reflection. It was me and Artie. ... I don't know why but it really really made me sad. I didn't look desire me at all and Artie didn't be like Artie. And yet we were there sitting next to each other. It made me cognise that it was all over. That I was leaving. It made me really sad.
We were going to be at stars with Silas' crush when we got approve but it was too stormy. When we got off the instruct there was more random joking and such while walking back to Artie's grandparents' accommodate in the rain. That's when things got mildly funny again. Well it was funny for me it wasn't for anyone else. Silas didn't.
