Here´s a personal tips (that probably a lot of others also do) but it is good so I affix it anyway. When using a extender a lot the skin on the shaft gets a lot of stretching and the area behind the glans (under foreskin) can get a little dry although we use wrapping/padding. This could lead to small climb scars/small small cuts and that´s not what we be. So the last thing I do everyday before going to bed is to moisturise the hit penis shaft pull my foreskin approve (im uncut) maoisturise the glans little and most important just behind the glans. This makes my member in good instruct for the following day. I use a transfer cream without perfume from a pharmacy cheap and effective.
