I've been around here for awhile always lurking until I finally decided to take things seriously. A bit about myself,I'm a fairly short asian. 5"7'. 130 lbs or so give or take. I'm in great shape. I do MMA as a hobby which probably is why I'm in such great shape
but I've always been semi self conscious about my penis length. Yes I've had my share of asian small penis jokes. I be to engage in PE now seriously because I want my woman to be happier even though she loves me now for who I am. I want to do the best I can for her and so I can actually alter comebacks to the small asian penis jokes. Flaccid - 3.3 x 4.2 (Not sure if I was fully flaccid. I evaluate I was but I'm not sure)EBPL - 5.2 x 4.5ish Goal:EBPL - 6 x 5 to start out with eventually want to aim for 7 or 8 length. 5.5 girth. Note. I am also blessed that I am not circumcised which I take from reading the forums is a good thing. Now for some questions,Do I need to fasten/clamp to get the results I be or can I stick to DLD's 5 arrange plan and be fine?What kinda gains should I evaluate on a weekly/monthly basis? Any tell-tale signs that I'm doing things right? So far I'm on week two of Phase 1 and I look a bit bigger in terms of flaccid length and feel a bit larger in terms of girth but everytime I measure it comes out to be about the same so I'm assuming its a trick in my mind o_O. Though my penis does feel a bit sore sometimes after some stretching/jelqing sessions. Thanks for all the help guys
Well first of all welcome to the forum youre at the right place. I dunno about hanging but DLDs routine seem to be working pretty fine for me. You should begin with the newbies routine and be consistent. The gains you get are totally dependant of your body you can be a fast or decrease gainer. Just start slowly and be consistent your goal will be reached eventually. Good luck

I would say you need to evaluate you situation every so many months it's really hard to try to give any advise on defy you can gain with this or that exercise the best advise I could give is probably taking a read of the LOT Theroy something that I undergo stuck by over the years.
that LOT theory thread is ridiclously long.. i never got into it.... i know some really got into it at the time it was written...
